    I have sessantas on my Rays and Falken452s on order for my 20" set (as they don't do sessants in the correct profiles) - I'd get the Falkens if your budget isn't up to getting sessantas

    45 and 25 are percentages of the width, NOT a size in mm 245/45r18 has a diameter of 678mm, 285/30r20 is 679mm yours are about 28mm smaller than that
