  1. Do these things still exist now that Match.com et al are on the scene? Comedy gold! http://www.stumbleupon.com/su/2uGxLr/www.b3ta.com/links/Dating_videos_from_the_80s
  2. Totally agree. If I send goods out I use either a courier or recorded delivery. If something didn't turn up, it would be down to me to make sure the buyer wasn't out of pocket. Thats not a trader thing, thats a moral thing. Contact Paypal and lodge a dispute. They will take the money back from him till it is sorted. Will Paypal get involved though, given that the money was sent as a gift?
  3. trunst me mate i wouldnt lie about being down on power im gutted I'm fairly sure that's not what Dave is implying - it would be helpful to see the printouts. What mods do you have? I mean correction to the power figure at the wheels to calculate flywheel power.
  4. Do you have your afr printouts? What correction did they use?
  5. What makes you think you're running lean? What dyno was it checked on? How many runs?
  6. Pros and cons to both. V3 is self contained as you said, and therefore won't require you to tap your pan. However it does require you to change oil at certain intervals (and check it with the small dipstick thing) and they recommend Vortech's own for the job, unsurprisingly. As far as I can tell the actual compressors are the same though.
  7. However, if you are insistent that it's a good idea, I reckon it wouldn't be that hard to cut them from a sheet, something like this perhaps: http://www.uk-car-graphics.co.uk/car-graphics-detailed.php?car_vinyl_id=264 But I still say don't do it!
  8. I'm with Beavis on this! Sounds horrible.
  9. Stock car? No throttle controller / remap?
  10. no ones tried it that i know of, but it is very thick vinyl and if after 18 months its looking tired, peel it off and re apply a new bit. that area there should be fairly easy to fit I might give it a try then. Is it possible to get hold of smaller bits or do I have to buy a massive sheet?
  11. Looks good! Has anyone tried this on the bumper beneath the grill? Is it hard-wearing enough?
  12. What correction did they use?
  13. Sounds good to me, would be better to meet and swap if you are close enough then we both don't have to wait for her majesties service for our cars to work again!!! Definitely!
  14. Will send you a pm this evening, we can probably sort something as I'm pretty close to Leamington for the next week or so.
  15. If you're after a straight swap, mine are in their original condition...
  16. Keep low, move fast. Oh, and be lenient if you catch anyone speeding on a quad around Bastion.
  17. Made the forum do what exactly? /pedantic grammar Nazi Read my mind!
  18. PM duly sent. The Nismo offer still stands though!
  19. Alternatively, I could be interested in a straight swap for some 19" Nismos, that way no-one's integrity can be called into question.
  20. I pm'd him with a 'borrow headlight' idea. Help the lad out Ah, seen. Can't see why not!
  21. I need to work out whether I'll be due a lights check prior to my return to the uk. If not, they could be available sooner rather than later. Oh, and mines an 04 too.
  22. Mine may well be up for sale in a couple of months if you can wait...
