  1. Hmm not a fan of those tbh-too plain looking. Thanks for the tip though
  2. I'm after some 19" rims for my 05 350Z, and don't really want to buy new as my budget is limited. I do like the 19" Rota GTRs but am not such a fan of the 'flat' looking fronts. I'd love to find some rims with a good dish all round, although I'm guessing to do this I may need 19x10 all round which will cause fitting issues at the front. I have seen this fitting on some US cars but I think they are mostly for show. Anyway, if anyone has some 19" rims they are thinking of selling please let me know. I would rather buy some that are a bit tatty and get them refurbed in black anyway I may also be willing to px for my satin black Rays in immaculate condition.
  3. Contact Japex-they do a good fitted price. Or if your car is a UK one order off eBay through Larkspeed or somewhere similar. Around £315 delivered IIRC.
  4. I've got a standard one for sale if you are interested. viewtopic.php?f=32&t=34238 I'm open to offers...

  6. Japspeed were doing a good price from them direct on here. For the Scorpion I got mine from Japex, who ordered and fitted it for the same price as some other quotes I've seen for supply and delivery only. Larkspeed do it on eBay for £300 I think.
  7. I have recently upgraded to a Scorpion so am selling my standard exhaust back box and mid-pipe (note-not y-pipe. This is still on the car). They have come off a UK 2005 350Z with around 35k miles. The tail pipes are in excellent condition as they are regularly polished with Autosol. Despite some corrosion around some of the joins (as to be expected at this age) there are no holes or blows. The exhaust is currently being (kindly) stored by Japex in Kings Langley. Would be ideal as a replacement if you are returning your car to standard, or to replace a failed exhaust. Offers over £75 collected. Cheers
  8. There was someone on here who works in paints who mixed up some touch up sticks for members. Hopefully they will be along in a bit...
  9. I have just fitted the rear silencer and mid-pipe only, and left the stock y pipe in place. I wanted to do things in stages as I don't want an exhaust that is too noisy. It's brand new so isn't 'run-in' yet, but already has good volume and sound over the stock system. Nothing too noticeable-just slightly louder at idle which then grows with higher revs. Depending on how it sounds once it has some carbon build-up I may consider the Y pipe later.
  10. I'll take 50% commission
  11. Amazing price. I paid £70 for mine from the states. Love it though-completely changes the feel of the shift-for the better imo.
  12. there are peeps on here who work in the car business who can do it for free! they've offered before. not sure who though.
  13. How do dealers/pro cleaners do it when they prep a car for selling? Steam clean?
  14. Same problem-driver's side. May have to try a strip-down. Presumably it needs priming first?
  15. No probs guys. Husky has done all the hard work. I'm looking forward to getting mine fitted. May have to get a tow eye now! Do we have a timescale on production and delivery yet?

  17. Loving it. Any idea of the offsets?
  18. Keep your Z and spend a few hundred £ on some nice upgrades to keep the car fresh and interesting to you. You can take them off and sell them when you do eventually change the car but in the meantime they will improve an already great package.
  19. He should just be able to use the design from the later grille? The tow eye mount is presumably in the same place. As you say Husky it's worth doing things properly. I for one would be much happier with a tow eye hole. The last thing you want to be doing if you break down is having to fiddle about removing the front grille.
