  1. I'm having the same dilemma. What did you do in the end? I love my TomTom tbh, and would rather just mount that in the cubby, although I don't know if I would need an extension to the antenna? How easy is it to remove the Birdview?
  2. As mentioned above-contact Nissan, or go to a decent audio shop. The latter will no doubt be cheaper
  3. As above. I have read up a lot on the relationship between power and sports cats (not much to nothing unless mated to a full system and mapping etc) but no one has mentioned noise. Is there much difference in noise with the standard system but with high-flow cats?
  4. cool. have you got the y pipe fitted too? is there any droning on the m way?
  5. good info thanks has anyone tried a standard exhaust with just high-flow sports cats? I'm wondering if there would be much difference in noise?
  6. I'm leaning towards the Scorpion. So does it not sound any different at idel or low speed then? Have you got the Y pipe fitted?
  7. Can I have first dibs on these? I can let you know by the end of the day.
  8. these sound good, but how will they differ from these?: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Nissan-350z-2003- ... 286.c0.m14 presumably better quality?
  9. Are they these? http://www.mynismo.com/products/?id=5967 Or just these? http://www.directtuning.com/store/pc-61 ... sedan.aspx http://z-store.co.uk/index.cfm?fuseacti ... rentCat=39
  10. well that was quick! can we get on and order then?
  11. Can you give us any more info, such as brand, amount of use they've had, what sort of difference they make to noise, power etc? cheers Presumably unless you have a friendly MOT tester they will have to be replaced with cats for the MOT?
  12. I've always been amazed at how heavy the car is. It's heavier than a ZM3 Coupe for example, which has full leather and all the same mod-cons as the Z, plus bigger tyres etc. I wish they'd made a light-weight GT3 style version!
  13. I know it's a long shot but does anyone have a CF lip cover they are selling/will be selling soon? If not I'll go new, but I would like to save some cash. Do any other traders apart from Envy do one on here? Cheers
  14. I'm having the same dilemma but I'm going to wait until the Ace meet to hear a few
  15. Welcome Love the colour-looking forward to pics.
  16. Interesting. So when you had your suspension aligned after fitting the springs could the garage get it within OEM tolerances? I'm assuming not if you have uneven tyre wear. Any links to the bolt kits?
  17. Or in other words cheaper than braking hard and downshifting on a wet road without heel and toeing, then losing the back end when the rears spin up...
  18. Nice! What's the splitter in the second pic. I like...
  19. Thanks for the fast replies guys. So I think I'll take the risk given that the drop will be minimal, and wait to see if I need the extra adjustment.
  20. Do we get an even better discount if we get together say 20 people?
  21. 1) stichy 2) Goatboy 3) nurrish 4) Rawbhp
  22. I have suprised myself-I was correct despite the complex calculations I'm in!
  23. Oh and also check Camskill. I got 2 x rear Falkens for £100 and had them delivered to Japex. Fitting shouldn't cost much.
  24. so $45 per person with the group buy price? It's not that clear above!
  25. Having spent a long time searching I have finally decided to go for Tein springs, and therefore just a small drop in height. What I can't work out from the numerous posts is how you know whether you need a rear camber adjustment kit or not. Some people have needed it, others have not, even with a 30mm drop. Does this only come to light when you go to have the suspension aligned? Also, for coilovers, do you still need the same adjustment kit? Thanks
