  1. Since you lowered on Teins, as have I, I suspect the lower ride height has put more strain on the rear droplinks, as they are now slightly too long. You could either regrease them as a temporary measure (lasts about a month before you need to crawl under the car again) or you can replace them with adjustable items. Personally I did both, after I got fed up with crawling under the car every month, replaced the droplinks with Whiteline items, not a creak since. Following advice from here on these forums, the best way to setup the new adjustable droplinks is to find a garage with a four-post lift, install new items, then undo the locknuts, then turn the main adjuster untill the point of least resistance, then do up the lock nuts. Hope this helps
  2. Your front end looks good..."carbon copy" of mine (Same bonnet, same lip, same cannards ) Although the rest of your Zed is way, way, WAYYYYY more awesome
  3. yep, did mine yesterday but abandoned it - just could't get the adapter cables in the back without trashing the flimsy way the HU is attached to the console ie 2 screws - but wasn't designed for all that force anyway, didn't like the way the HU jutted out - wasn't flush with the console Best thing is not to re-attach the HU to the console, instead take the metal braces off the OEM HU and attach them to the new HU and then attach that to the bulkhead. Also, remove the white AC controller box, stuff all your wires and then remount the white box, there is loads of room back there. This pic is before I had my Alpine amp and ran in-line volume boosters, all neatly tucked away in centre console, including all harnesses (and there is still a little room)
  4. You'll need a facia panel... You also need to stop going to Halfords, unless its for a 3 for 2 offer on cleaning products
  5. Lack of glove box? There's hundreds of them in the Z! Granted, they're all in the most inaccessible places of ever, but still. Right.....I'm off to find the others, only found three so far
  6. You could try the usual and adjust the beam a bit higher. If that is not enough, switch out the bulbs for something like 5000K bulbs, I think the OEM brightness is 4300K. You can either access the bulbs via wheelarchliner or remove the bumper and remove headlights completely
  7. Yeah, the german owners club had a giveaway, and the lucky winner got tickets for the whole event with VIP passes, supplied by Nissan Germany
  8. Found the german 350Z owners club, seem to be helpful and friendly. Just posted a "Hello" thread on there and also began asking questions as to how I can get my car registered in Germany. I't not as straight forward as I first expected, but a solution will be found. Other than that, I am settleling in quite well. Felt a bit down the other weekend when I saw pics of Japfest and Supercar Siege on social media
  9. For the volume issue I just did this Which leads to this Which means at Vol 08 it's pretty much sufficient
  10. Ran Lightning cable to cubby between seats, used ICT adapter loom, mounted mic on A-Pillar
  11. I think he fears that removing the stickers will sap 137bhp instantly  I got a Blitz sticker somewhere, worth 12bhp and a RalliArt one at least 50bhp increase
  12. Took this with my cheapy Canon 50mm lens on a beginner 1100D
  13. Also worth mentioning, check the seals on the ballasts and the seals on the cover for bulb access. Might need fresh o-rings to cure fogging probs
  14. There's "good" AIDS....?
  15. How much does this cost? Any photos of work you have carried out? Can you remove the orange reflectors? Can't do Iron Man on your headlights, 06+ only. Could do an Ultron mod...
  16. Tyre sequel...? Is that like new tyres after the old ones? Is the sound that of a tyre fitting machine or the pop sound when it's inflated for the first time?
  17. Sell the wife.....and her "essentials"...
