Almost felt as if Thanos himself had deleted the forum with a click of his fingers.. Many thanks to our team of Avengers for bringing things back again

I think "a bit more grit" is underplaying it a bit. Tougher man than me. I even let the shower run for a few seconds to get UP to temps before getting in😄.

Had to wait till I got home to listen with headphones for a better effect. Got a nice deep burble -
Sorry to hear the paint match was so far out. Possibly wasn't as noticeable on mine due to my paint only needing doing upto the orange stitching which breaks and masks the transition between factory and touch up paint

MidlandZ Breakfast Meet - Sunday 16th Oct

Just been out to clean my rims. Don't know why. It was dark and still drizzling so will probably manky after a 2 HR drive down tomorrow -
I know right. Not just sports cars either. Imagine if back in '99 you were on a school run and saw dozens of mums dropping off the kids in Mitsubishi Evo 6s. You'd be like WTF! How can they possibly go from Ford Mondeo one day to Evo 6 or a WRX STI safely. I see LOADS of Teslas now on the school run. But these Teslas are pretty near Evo 6 performance specs. Maybe there's more hooligans undercover now on the school run

Get well soon. Sounds like you're made of strong stuff and not too poorly thankfully 👍 -
Here's a few more. The old penny trick for the rear hatch. Thanks to @Defacake for the phone holder recommendation (couldn't find any other option for our Mini that suited my missus better. and Thanks @davey_83 for the vinyl wrap tip for clear headlights......under a tenner and the years of battling oxidation has been won.

Had ABS+TCS+ESC light up Few weeks later Airbag light comes on. Yesterday Had engine warning light (P1147) come on. Had I not been a member of the OC this would have given me a heart attack and my wallet a pounding. Alas after being on here for 15 years these minor issues were like water of a ducks back. Thanks to @ZMANALEX who enlightened me on the 350z brake light switch remedy for issue 1. THanks to the OC in general for the multiple YouTube links for airbag reset etc. The member I met at a meet way back in 2017 for the recommendation of the £10 Maxiscan 309 code reader.....whoever you are, who also had their O2 sensor throw code 1147 occasionally. WHAT OTHER BUDGET TRICKS/HACKS HAVE YOU ACQUIRED AS A MEMBER?

What subwoofers fit in existing position
HEADPHONES replied to Cn12345's topic in I.C.E & Electronics
If I couldn't find a replacement for the original sub and had to go for an enclosure THIS would be top of my list https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/152916011132?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=BEDMR3s5QBK&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=PhsudYkcSr2&var&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY -
Great video. I hate that black "rubbery crap" In the past I've found it on some of my sunglasses, bluetooth speakers, etc. Absolutely dreadful finish for anything that you plan to keep long-term.

I see you already found my old thread. Good luck with the painting. It's well worth it

Prevention > Cure. Steering Lock fix. Fuse removal.

What a relief. It means you have an "extra" £2k to spend on other stuff instead of a new steering lock -
Prevention > Cure. Steering Lock fix. Fuse removal.
HEADPHONES replied to ArsenalMoh's topic in 370z Technical
Hopefully you're warm enough and your phone has power. These Zed specific niggles test the most patient owners. Hopefully you're up and running soon. Then take the fuse out in case lighting strikes twice -

MidlandZ Breakfast Meet - Sunday 16th Oct
HEADPHONES replied to davey_83's topic in Local Meets Across The UK
@davey_83 have you posted up about the garden centre meet seperately too for those who didn't want to get up so early for the breakfast meet? -
Not heard much about the Megan Racing ones. But you can get a cheaper Scorpion one. Under £500. Lifetime warranty. Not heard of any quality issues on the OC. Love the look of the rolled tips on mine https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/332538693148?chn=ps&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=710-134428-41853-0&mkcid=2&mkscid=101&itemid=332538693148&targetid=1404954646921&device=m&mktype=pla&googleloc=9046449&poi=&campaignid=17218284410&mkgroupid=142217514411&rlsatarget=pla-1404954646921&abcId=9300867&merchantid=7272984&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI36m-99fE-gIVirTtCh2segAcEAQYByABEgKCwvD_BwE

As we turned over my calendar at work today, the staff went through our annual calendar and have awarded @Monkey1983 as having the nicest rims of the year. Congratulations Sam
