  1. +1 on Lockwood and Greenwood They've been looking after my 350z for 14 years. Book in advance and get a free courtesy car. Either an old Micra or Aygo but IT'S FREE Over the years I often see other Zeds there too. They don't mind you supplying your own oil, and if you're fussy about swirls don't treat you like a oddball when you ask them not to give your car a wash either. If you do go, make sure to type into Google maps the service garage on Ryecroft road and not their sales showroom in as they are at different locations.
  2. I'm currently still in Malaysia visiting my parents so can't make this Hope you all have a great time and look forward to seeing pics of the day.
  3. Photo 2 is the "wheel winning shot" for me
  4. Good weather once again and a great meet too it seems.
  5. Big props if it's "HO train 69" And wishing BBK all the best with the new car
  6. Have a good one peeps Was so looking forward to this but alas not available ☹️
  7. Welcome to the OC +1 on the "we need pics"
  8. @veeg33 sent me a story about a Zed left "in storage" in a HK underground car park for years. Low mileage or not I'd give this silver example a pass........at £17k at least
  9. Amazing how as the owner you are drawn to imperfections that the rest of us don't notice. Will have a good gander on Sunday
  10. Looking good. Is there a café inside the venue?
  11. Scorpion is about the same price here https://www.cougarstore.co.uk/nissan-350z-scorpion-exhaust-system-24-p.asp Looks OEM+ with rolled tips. It is the quietest of all aftermarkets I've seen at meets, but still meatier than stock. Lifetime warranty too. Some sound clips of mine (with the Scorpion Y-pipe also)
  12. Welcome to the OC . If you have a list of mods that interest you, why not come and see what they look and sound like in person. With over 80 attendees confirmed and over 80 maybes, there's surely gonna be someone with the mods on your list https://facebook.com/events/s/z-summer-club-event/796546037978484/
  13. That subwoofer build looked "factory"
  14. I ran those Falkens for about 6 years, and their predecessors for about 6 years before that and I'm still alive. Only switched to MPS4S for improved wet grip. Never really reached the limits of the Falkens in the dry as I don't push the Zed that hard and never track her. Saying that even MPS4S don't defy physics and will let go of you punch it in the wet when overtaking suddenly.
  15. "What do you think Lance?" "......... IT'S AN AMAZING MACHINE!"
  16. Note to self...... don't keep tapping when the screen freezes Mods please delete 🤦
  17. A friend and former 350z owner has just picked up his brand new car from the dealership. Apparently will pop round in a couple weeks to take me for a spin
  18. Biggest tip Take plenty pics for posts on the OC Have a great trip. Looking forward to reading about your exploits
  19. Welcome to the OC . Nismo 370z .......what a way to join According to Google maps the big Zed meet at The British Motor Museum is only about an hour away from you. Could be over 100 Zeds attending
  20. Looks good as new. Probably SMELLS new too I'll have a sniff at the Gaydon meet
  21. On Tuesday morning I remember being shocked as I arrived to work at 9am and my Zed's thermometer read 32°. Stepping out of the car reminded me of stepping off the plane on landing in Greece or Spain at the height of summer
  22. This heatwave was a true test for the Zed's AC. Even at Manchester's peak of 39.5°C the Zeds AC kept me as cool as a cucumber. Had her 17 years and never had a leak or a regas. When I got her in 05 my brother in-law recommend I run the AC every week or so even in winter to stop the pipes drying out and cracking/leaking. Either he's right or I'm just damn lucky. Nonetheless I'm very proud of the old girl
  23. Looks as stunning UNDERNEATH the car as it does ontop
