  1. Cheers Dave. Can't wait to get it on it smells amazing
  2. That's the old system- auto lights and auto wipers were separate. I think they meant they are now interlinked so the lights come on in heavier rain. But they would still come on as it gets darker
  3. Forgot to post pics of mine Before After
  4. Nah.... I think if he told jokes I would find it funny "I went to the bank. It was closed" ......that passes as comedy these days?
  5. He's possibly the worst "comedian" iv ever seen Suffered 3 mins of that video, couldn't see why the crowd were laughing? Didn't get a smirk from me
  6. That's true about people forgetting dipped lights but they're better than the old style sidelights or than nothing at all
  7. Me too on the front, they dont bother me. Yea me neither I think this thing in china is more aimed at drivers who tailgate everyone trying to barge past, full beams on until they let you past. That was the norm when I was there
  8. Would putting a bulb in upside down cause that? The beam pattern is in the reflector/projector not the bulb. The light comes out the bulb in all directions Sounds more like the alignment needing done
  9. Agreed. First time I realised how important this was is not long after I passed my test. Coming out a giveway there was a grey car coming from my right, with it's sidelights on, rain wasn't that heavy. First time I looked right I didn't see it. Luckily I checked again before I pulled out cos if I didn't I would've crashed I think you only appreciate it when it happens to you I also think car makers with auto wipers should make the headlights come on when the wipers are a certain speed
  10. I know it's been mentioned on here loads. The Chinese are using this punishment as a deterrent http://news.sky.com/story/1315895/chinese-drivers-forced-to-stare-at-headlights

    G37 bodykits

    I'd have a standard g37 over a standard 370
  12. Don't think iv seen this zed before. Liking the look of it, wheels look great Any more plans?

    G37 bodykits

Disagree I think it's a good looking car and with the right kit, wheels and lowered it can look stunning
  14. Nice spot. Heard some dodgy stories about that park. You obviously spent a lot of time there
  15. I knew a guy who had a jag xf when they were out new and a skoda superb for his taxi. Within a year he traded his xf in for another superb for his own car, said they were great cars

    G37 bodykits

Being a rare car here you might struggle to find someone who stocks anything but you should be able to find someone who will import for you? Or get something shipped from the states? The IPL kit is nice. Would love to see a modded g37 here
  17. Noticed these on the monthly thread but were not allowed to comment there lol Amazing photos mate. Where they taken?
  18. A few curveballs for you Mazda 6- nice interior and IMO very good looking car. Not sure how the build quality/drive are Mondeo- never been in one but heard good things about them. Maybe a bit common/bland but still an upgrade from a civic Kia optima- doesn't have the badge and probably not the build quality but they have vastly improved over the years and with a 7 year warranty hopefully reliability issues are solved. Good looking car with plenty of change from 30k A jeep? Evoque, Volvo xc60 etc
  19. Lexus IS300h would've been my first recommendation. Iv test driven it and I thought it was pretty good. Also tested the Infiniti which was good in some ways but not great in others I take reviews with a pinch of salt because everyone had different requirements and expectations from a car. Best thing is to drive them all and see for yourself
  20. Black plenum can work that's what I had. Only thing is it wasn't prep'd as well as it could've been so wasn't a perfect finish. But then if you polish it your as well keeping it polished if that makes sense Here's how mine looked
  21. Don't do blue already too much, you need to break it up. Silver, gloss black or carbon? Polished plenum would be nice
  22. Looking forward to seeing this develop. I'm sure others are too Did I see you post on another thread that your in Aberdeen? Don't think iv seen any in Scotland especially a modded one What wheels you thinking of?
  23. Not sure about an s3 but I bought my wife an a3 and that was fine with an indy 4 wheel drive, a v6 and a better quality interior make it hard to look past Iv never been a hot hatch kind of guy but I wouldn't say no to an s3
