  1. Sold mine nearly 4 years ago with 91k on the clock. Main reason I sold was cos of the value drop nearer 100k and the fact it's harder to sell. But it still drove perfectly If you get one that's well kept with higher miles you will save a few quid My wife's lexus IS is driving really well with 131k and my mums LS drives even better with over 160k
  2. You'll find buckets in your local pound shop or similar for less. I just use 1 and hose down the mitt after before putting into into the bucket. Much more effective than rinsing it in dirty water
  3. The days of Quentin Wilson were good. The days they reviewed supercars and normal family hatchbacks and saloons. No pointless challenges etc. I think that's where 5th gear wanted to step in by reviewing cars but they had to appeal to the masses rather than just enthusiasts so changed their format as well. But that's getting scrapped as well
  4. Agree with all of that brillo Didn't mind the rallycross too much but the track seemed too short and boring? Better and longer track would work for me
  5. Yea I was the first to moan about how scripted the other 3 came across but these guys were worse at times. I can't remember May and Hammond's first episodes but I'm sure the new group will gel with time I thought Harris would've had a part in the first episode. Even though he can come across as boring I think he will appeal to me the most once he settles in Agree with the audience participation thing though. Funny feature with pics of orevious cars and hairdos but cheering to win is a bit yesteryear
  6. Just watched it on iplayer Meh... When they announced the lineup I thought Joey would've been a let down and I couldn't remember what Evans was like- didn't watch all of his previous shows He might come good but he's came across as over enthusiastic, snobby and camp. And agree with the hairdo lol- looks like a 4 year old with his hair combed after a bath. Joey was much better than I expected. A bit dull on voice overs but otherwise he was much more likeable I was hoping the features would've had a better mix of entertainment and petrol head enthusiasm. The nomad bit was good and the corvette bit was fine. But the reliant bit was depressing
  7. Even if it was road rage a 10 year old could've written a more interesting story about it. For all we know he could've been asking for directions or warning her that she had a flat tyre
  8. "The man got out of his vehicle and spoke to the woman" That journalist needs another job lol what a crap story
  9. Congrats mate. The beach is a great setting for a wedding photo I also used the zed on day 2 of my wedding. Certainly turned heads with the wedding ribbons
  10. Police in japan are going up in the world http://www.motor1.com/news/62893/japan-police-adds-trio-of-nissan-370zs-to-high-speed-patrol/
  11. Maybe it is only the cars with satnav then? I used to think my DE was inferior now I isn't feel so bad
  12. That's wierd I thought all HRs were retractable
  13. Earlier models had a cubby that just opened. Later models had the retractable lid. Can't remember if it was from the rev up or HR model
  14. Forget the cars show more pics of the house
  15. Need pics from a distance from the side, 3/4 and rear. I remember Paul T had one to fit but sold his zed I think it would look better with the oem lip removed

Glad your enjoying it and we did tell you it's not that bad Until they turn 3....
  17. I know lol but she's a girly girl I didn't think she would take notice of the cars. I was so proud lol
  18. unless someone tells you yea it probably could throw you. Pretty cool though
  19. It's nice to have a car you turn back to look at once you walk away. Not had that since the skyline went a year and a half ago. The beamer served me well but I rarely turned back to look at it and certainly didn't get drivers slowing down to give me a thumbs up lol My daughter made me really proud yesterday when she first saw it. She was like "you've got the same car as mummy!" She's got an IS220- the wee one recognised the badge. She's only 3 lol. Didn't think my daughter would be a petrol head
  20. Interior is spot on. Seats are some of the nicest out there. Il get pics once iv cleaned it Won't bore you with engine bay pics- it's a hybrid
  21. Thanks Graham it's very similar to our zeds but a bit darker and a bit deeper. It really pops in the sun it's more pearlescent than metallic
  22. The slider control for the temperature is a really nice touch and I love the led headlights. Not just to look at but the light output is really crisp The fake v8 noise through the speakers is cheating but strangely addictive
  23. Cheers guys Great minds marzman
