  1. Still some good deals to be had in Japan on older models with higher miles. Got an import company checking for me daily Most of the ones on eBay are priced higher and don't sell until they drop the price Been watching them closely for around 6 months lol
  2. Yea that one looks great. Don't want to give all my plans away yet not even found a car yet lol Hopefully I'll get one tied up next weekend. If not I could be importing one
  3. Knew you would approve mate Just need to convince Dan now
  4. Thanks mate. Still miss it nearly 5 years on I've lost most of the pics with photobucket going up in the world
  5. Some inspiration for the new car
  6. It's been nearly 5 years some my zed went and had a few other cars since then. I had bought an mr2 mk2 as a weekend toy but for different reasons it wasn't really for me Put the mr2 up for sale and a buyer came today all the way from Cornwall so time to get myself another project that's more "me" Bought the mr2 for 1200 back in 2015 and agreed on 3300 for it. Not bad for a little over 2 years Decided to spend my winnings on a G35 project. I know they're a bit marmite on here but personally I love them when done right. I'm sure it will fill the void my zed left perfectly My old zed
  7. A squashed slug looks better than the new type r
  8. Normal vents, lose the wing and a realistic price tag- maybe But when you sit inside a jag it isn't a patch on any of its rivals in terms of build quality. I'd rather have a Vauxhall
  9. Nice vid Like how your front plate is drifting as well
  10. On longer trips with 2 cars me and my mates have swapped cars a few times just to see our own cars on the move. As you say you don't always get to see your car the way others do
  11. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/109897-valys-zed-build-rocket-bunny/page__st__300
  12. There was a member who did his rocket bunny zed on his driveway and for a temp job it looked good. In pics anyway lol Been looking at the auto flex stuff which has a clear coat on top so gives a much better result and can be polished like paint. That's probably at the 2k end
  13. Try this remedy as well- move to Glasgow It's been pissing down here all day
  14. Yea sorry local honey. If it's straight from the hive chances are it will be a local bee keeper who gives it Everything else mentioned in this thread is made in a factory and will have other side effects etc. Honey is natural so much better to try that
  15. Definitely not an old wives tale. Honey has loads of benefits but when it's refined it loses some of them. Pure honey is amazing. It's antiseptic and can be used on wounds and infections. Some countries used to use it to disinfect medical equipment For hay fever it also works as it desensitises you from the pollen Have it in a glass of water every morning. I also use honey instead of sugar where I can Google it lol
  16. Honey Not the stuff you buy in supermarkets but straight from the hive. Natural and unrefined Best to start taking it in the spring
  17. I've heard if you fall asleep within 10 mins you're over tired. With normal health and sleeping patterns you should fall asleep more gradually
  18. Agree with doctors only giving tablets. They're trained in writing prescriptions I always try alternatives, worth speaking to a homeopathic/herbalist clinic. There's loads of good Chinese doctors around who can link in herbal treatment with acupuncture. But worth getting checked for any underlying issues
  19. Nice. Drop it on it's arse
  20. Me or the car? Congrats on the the new arrival when it comes ....the baby not the car
  21. I like your thinking though. Most people with 2 cars have a project/track/show car and a daily driver/family wagon. Your making your family wagon another project on top of your zed lol More man points than that wee Hyundai that's for sure If you go down the gt86 route check the boot size. You need more space than you think. Our pram is probably bigger than a gt86 lol
  22. For a 7k track car you'll do well to top this. Practical as well and it's local http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201705045086741?atmobcid=soc4
  23. I was gonna say an evo 7 buy just checked the prices. They're close to evo 10 prices lol Accord type r? Crz might have back seats but kids and a boot that size wouldn't work
  24. I actually thought he was giving the car a thumbs up in the first photo that's why I clicked on it
  25. ...and want to blank out your number plate when selling your car Just remember not to display the number plate on the mot certificate https://www.gumtree.com/p/toyota/toyota-mr2/1243856385
