  1. After getting the m3 in July and saying she would stay stock I have already started the mods First thing was to de-chrome with CF Kidneys and side markers, next the Eibach spring and spacers (15mm front, 12mm rear), BMC air filter and recently transfered my number plate across meaning I HAD to get some new plates made up. Just had time this morning to give it a quick wash between rainshowers and cleaning up puppy crap. I'll keep this page updated but not planning much more except milltek backbox and maybe having the wheels done matt black, but i'm trying to keep it as OEM looking as I can. Hope you like the pics Cheers R
  2. Completed single player only took a few hours really dissapointed as it was getting really good, very impressed with the graphics, gameplay, physics and ai but it was WAYYY too short! Not dabbled with multiplayer yet but have started playing dead rising 2, such a good laugh. R

  5. just paid £199 for mine on a £35pm contract Robbing b*stard took away my £10p/m loyalty discount as well, so much for loyalty. R
  6. Aaaah the power of 3 technique, i've used that one many a time! R
  7. Looks awsome HKS Ti's are my favourite exhausts, need a remortgage though R
  8. Ah, are they not the same car? I thought the E90 was the coupe and the E92 the saloon? BMW and their silly numbers always have confused me! Other way round, e92 is coupe, im surprised you didn't like the coupe! horses for courses I suppose the 911 is a way more driver focused car never driven one but its on my to do list R
  9. Lovely mate, you will love it, probably go for the turbo when its time to change next. By the way you should have driven the e92 you would have enjoyed it more R
  10. Try bell...was only £700 for the m3, 27 1 yr NCB. R
  11. Just eibach lowering springs and spacers, first mod anyone should get for any car of course. Home on Thursday canna wait. R
  12. I might have sold the zed but I am still quite active on the site. Being in the market for a few aftermarket bits for my M3 I thought I would give CS a PM. To my delight I was told that they had exactly what I was looking for. So thanks to Mitz for sorting me out with the eibach springs and spacers with his usual excellent customer service and prices can't wait to get them and have them fitted. R
  13. There are MANY spies on OCD world!
  14. The spoilers and bonded on TIGHT! I have removed a few and they are a nightmare! Due to the grit etc that gets trapped under it you will scratch the paintwork but it was a poor show leaving it in that condition. The majority should polish out with a machine, mine did. R
  15. What a bunch of knobs, you would think being a modified jap mag they would realise that they are a. offending their target market and b. how much heart and soul goes into modifying your car to you own taste. R
  16. I'm not going to bite this time
  17. Brochure talk Think about the doors, glass, wiper motor, window motors, most of the dashboard, heater matrix/fan, bonnet release mechanism, door locks, airbags, seat belts, fuel tank... Thousands of boring parts you don't see come off the shelf. Sure the engine, suspension, and body bits make a big difference to how it drives but do they really cost £17k more to make than those bits on a 335i ?!?!? Probably not far off it I would imagine, think about the engineering costs of creating a car like that plus there is also a bigger premium that comes with the M badge. Folk on here have spent a lot more than 17k on their 350z to try and squeeze out 400 bhp and alter the look of it. R
  18. The M3 actually only shares 20% of the parts with it's coupe family and believe me it is FAR removed from the 318...I have had both and the M is definately worth the money. Love the look of the cayman I just can't get over the fact that porche deliberatly underpower their cars so they are not in competition with the 911. If I was shelling out that kind of wedge I would want some decent bhp in return. R
  19. You might also consider PCP payment, lower monthly payments and low deposit, if you want to keep the car at the end just pay a lumper if not hand back the keys, good thing is that they will give you a minumum final value for your car so that you are proteced against negative equity caused by mega depreciation. Works for some and doesn't for others, thats the route I have chosen for my M3 and im pretty pleased so far. R
