  1. Same thing goes through my mind at least twice a day Too rare a coupe where I am and never to be reproduced. I've only ever seen one other on the roads around here, and my spanner of a mate who lives 30 miles away just bought one, same colour as mine too Other than that, why suffer such a loss to px, when the car is every bit as good as it was when you bought it. When you're sixty, these'll be for sale for more than their original price tag I reckon.
  2. Cheers buddy, that's what I was looking for. Question answered.
  3. Miss the rapid acceleration and punching through the gears but enjoy the reliability and the way the back end slides and kicks out.
  4. No worries, just inquiring. If you ask no questions you get no answers. I'm definitely one for additional power etc, and haven't found a car yet that satisfies me and and scares the @*!# out of me, ( I am working class so my budget is limited), but enjoy saving money, and thought it may be cocky to run a twin turbo on 50p p/m for example.
  5. Yo, forget that man, buy your pads/disc through the forum and fit them yourself. You'll save enough to pay for your next annual service. I'm sure everyone on here will guide you through the 'how to' if you're not mechanically minded. Me included (Yorkshire).
  6. I've already tried the search, but after viewing page after page of 'conversion' I got eye ache and gave up.
  7. "Interesting" ..... I gather the 350Z isn't the most powerful rwd you've owned then?
  8. I gather it's approx £3k for an installation from an accredited installer with a grant from the government. I could install myself, but not sure on 'kit prices' if available. If only I could afford to export, I'd be paying around 48p p/l in Oz!
  9. Wrecked it how? Any ideas when the thread was posted? Cheers.
  10. There is no luggage space as is, so I'd get to cope with that I imagine, and as mentioned yes a lot of new systems use a vessel that locates in the spare wheel well so that would be better than a cylinder in the boot or on the parcel shelf. What I'm after is hopefully someone who's done this and can give me some answers as to whether the power loss/acceleration is just turd in comparison to petrol. I like the car for what it is, but running costs are getting too expensive foe me, and I feel bullied into buying a diesel for a temporary measure. ****ing taxes suck. Oil is still low, but fuel is increasing higher and higher to re-fund the economy I feel.
  11. Do these fasten into place or are they just pushed in? I'd be tempted to buy one from Nissan if they are effective.
  12. I think getting a perfect, symmetrical and smooth tuck will be very difficult and I wouldn't chance this. I've seen some pics where guys have overtightened some of their fixing bolts/rivvets, and the underline of the bumper looks like the Red Sea. Tacky As for the exhaust, I've seen the copies of these on ebay myself, but not what I'd go for if I had spare cash. For me it'd have to be the Blue Flame. Good luck if you try this though
  13. Murray, pm replied to. Hardware fitting kit and gaskets laid aside for you if you need them. doesn't get much better than that
