Couldn't you damage the screen like this mate? If too much pressure gets applied to it the digitiser will stop working and then no more touch screen Might be better off with a screen mounted holder??

You need to get some airhorns fitted that can be remote operated. I had a guy try and nick a Landrover from us at a trade event a year or so ago and he got the fright of his life when the alarm went off and the airhorns! Still cost me a window glass though
