  1. I have taken another photo in the light of day......
  2. Do u think my best bet is to suggest a dent man type thing? Not sure if would stand up to a sort of stone chip repair as the brakes obviously get very hot at times???
  3. Thanks for responses guys - i have edited the photo now and circled it. It does look like a reflection in the original pic but i can assure you it is a mother fooking gash of a scratch and i aint happy!!!
  4. Just had my car in for a p2 service today. Picked it up this evening all appeared ok. Brakes felt a little different as brake fluid change i suppose and as i was getting out the car just had a quick glimpse with a torch down at my o/s front wheel and to my horror i see quite a gouge of paint off the top of my Brembo, some of it down to the metal. I can only presume that when putting the wheel back on it slipped and scratched it. I know the car is 6 1/2 years old now but the car is mint, only done 34k and them Brembo's were SPOTLESS and now has an obvious gouge out of the bright metallic paint - i am not best pleased at all!!! Not sure what to do or how to approach this subject. I called them now as they were closing and spoke with the manager and he told me to bring it back monday (as the technician is off tomorrow) and they will go from there. I want this sorted but not sure how to approach it. The manager seemed ok and said i dont have a fight on my hands or anything (i was quite angry ) but obviously cant prove it was them although the scratch/gouge is fresh as a daisy you can tell - but it probably wont be like that on Monday. I took this photo but it is dark and hard to notice - about 1cm long along the top edge.... I know it will probably seem trivial when they look at it but it does look worse in real life - i shouldn't have to just accept to pay £246 for just an oil change and gouged paint. Any useful help / advice appreciated....
  5. That wheel looks so clean it doesnt even look real
  6. Silly location and idiotic but drifting looks pretty fine IMO.
  7. I had a fiat coupe 20vt. Nice car, quite rare, looked more modern than it was. Great engine but shite handling and brakes - as said above, the zed is such a great all round package. I do miss the punch of a chipped turbo car though
  8. Have you driven it yet then?? HOW much quicker is she ????
  9. Where are you getting one made for £50?? Any pics??
  10. OR you could get the normal bonnet wrapped in carbon?

  13. WOW. I am well impressed with this. Would love to have the cash to copy you How long do you estimate this will take you? Will you bbe doing all the fitting yourself, apart from the mapping i presume?

  16. Chippy, what ICT loom do i need for this?? Guys at incartec said it's the ICT 29-674 - is this right? It's got me concerned cos he said you have to solder 3 bits???? I have the unit sitting at home now but want to make sure i order the right cables. I know i need the 29-020 steering controls and fascia too but didnt think i'd have to solder things??? Cheers buddy...
  17. Looked into this a few months ago - nothing will get rid of it any quicker mate - all the steak, toothpaste, massaging tips are just old wives tales. Only option is leave it well alone and put some of your mums/birds make up on to cover it up a bit.
  18. I think i read somewhere it is around the 170ish marsk, but you'll need a long road!
  19. Sorry nothing productive to add, but £1700 WTF?
