worth a shot, i suppose the prices will just continue to drop but its how long you cant wait till you get the keys and start enjoying it!!! true, i'm going to try and keep to my budget which at the moment is 16k. i'm hoping to get a 313 gt with sat nav. hope i'm being realistic. this is probably the best deal around because they are doing this with sat nav which others arent. but like i said i have to stick to my budget.

i know that the offer for the new zed is ridiculously cheap already. but my budget is just slightly below that, do you think they will drop any more on the price for a cash purchase?

so i know and understand that buying at the end of the month is always good as the salesmen may be willing to give extra discounts due to meeting targets. so i was just wondering if it would be a disaster for me to buy in the first few days of jan? i've requested a car to be delievered to my local dealer and it prob wont get there till this friday which will be beginning of jan, so would the salesmen be less willing to discount?

If you go to auction, I recon £12k tops. really? you think it's easy to get for 16k? i've been looking around and everything is listed at around the 20k mark and not sure how much i can knock off it? if it's listed at 20k, say a 2008 with less than 10k miles on the clock, can i offer then 15k for it? with the new slashed listed prices of new zeds. how far do you think it's possible to beat them down to? i too have a budget of around 16. ideally looking for a black gt 57 or younger and less than 10k on the clock. anyone know whether that is realistic or where i can look for one? thanks

hello guys, was just wondering if you can offer any advice on bargaining with the dealers to stirke a bargain. in this current economic market where sales are slow in a buyers market, i was wondering what is the best way to negociate with a dealer. for example, for a zed marked at 19k, what is the lowest price that i can offer without angering the salesman. any advice you have on this would be greatly appreciated. have a budget in mind, but not too many examples out there that fit my requirement so have been looking slightly aobve the budget and wondering if it's possible to haggle it back down to budget. thanks guys

Is anything like this likely to be offered to the public? I'm after a black GT with alezan leather. I've got it down to £23k so far but judging by what you're saying, there may be still a bit more to go!?! will we be able to use this to bargain with the guys at nissan then?

Should be for 4 No need for new shocks if they are ok, just get the spring kit fitted. so to check, what spring kit are we talking about here and does it lower the car?

am hopefully going to be a zed owner before the year is out. there are a couple things i would ideally want to to with my zed, but will need to start budgeting esp in this climate with so many uncertainties. one of the things i want to look into is getting a set of 19s on and how much it would cost. so i was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations. i've been reading on here about upgrading wheels, but unfortunately i'm not too into the technical jargon, would i need to fit anything else in order to fit the 19s on? to reduce the cost, i was wondering if there is any possibility of selling the original rays (18s). it would be from say a 56 plate. and if so how much they normally fetch? thanks in advance for all your help. cheers
