  1. hello mate, which dealer is this at? would be interested dependent on the mileage on it. cheers erm a long way from you mate, slaters in abergele n wales, i'll check the mileage out tomorrow for you actually think i just found it. they are advertising it at 16995 on the site and say it has 27k on the clock. if it's 14k like you said it sounds like a proper bargain? i'll have a look for you tomorrow mate, they have either not updated the website and dropped the price or put the wrong price on it on the forecourt that would be good mate. cheers

  5. i guess that would be the most popular choice, just wanted to see if anyone actually had any others. cant really imagine it.
  6. as the title says, would love people's opinions......
  7. no need to try anymore insurers for now. didnt get the car
  8. bugger! had no idea!! have had to go through ridiculous trouble to get the cash ready as well. gutted and speechless.
  9. he's been really hard to get hold of this week. think he is probably very busy answering questions on the car. hope he hasnt sold it yet as i'm ready.
  10. nice one mate. will definately give chris knott a call. but to be honest need to get the car first. so busy at work at the moment haven't really had time to get myself to the front of the queue for this car. so wish me luck........
  11. yeh i thought as much. that's why i didnt even bother asking them. i actually dont think i can get it further down than 1350. but i guess i should try other insurers. have you tried any others?
  12. How many years have you been driving? Im 23 in January with 0NCB and mine is £2625 with bell so I think £1350 is pretty damn good! The great thing about bell is that you can 'tweak' it online.. for example, instead of having bodykit as a mod, its cheaper to have front bumper, sideskirts and rear bumper ticked! that is a massive difference. i've been driving for 5 years. and the policy has me as main driver and then my dad and my mum. i'll give the bodykit trick a try see if it does anyhting. thanks mate. still cant believe how similar we are but with massively diferent quotes. The difference is you have been driving for 4 years more than me yes that must be it. you missed that bit out before. just tried to tweak the quote but didnt see the separate choice instead of the bodykit option.

  14. I have looked at the threads, but there seem to be so many. dont think i'l have time to go through all of them. Any which i should be calling first?
  15. I'm 22, going to be 23 in December, with 0ncb. Adding my dad and mum as 2nd and 3rd drivers. I think I'm basically got it down as far as possible from the online quote on Bell. it was about £1350, as i said i'm using it to commute to work as well. But just thought i may be able to get a bit more off? what do you guys think?
  16. guys, a quick question, but is 30k on the clock of a zed alot? am looking to buy one with that on and just wondered if that is alot and whether it will lead to more expensive running costs. thank you
  17. hope this is not a stupid question. but i did a quote online at Bell insurance for a Zed i'm looking at. Just wondered if there is any way of talking to them to get it cheaper. If I rang them, what do i say to them and how do i go about doing it. again, hope this is not a stupid question. thanks
  18. when you say you wouldnt waste time on it, does it mean you wouldn't touch it?
  19. hi guys, i've just decided that most of you are right and that life is too short and i should go for one. i think i've spotted one on this site. just want to see what you guys think. http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17074 personally i think it's great for the price. but just wanted to know how to factor in the things like the mods and also it's something i want to keep for a while, so is 30k on the clock alot? thanks guys, hope you can give some input.
  20. hello andy! excellent looking zed. love your work on it.
  21. oh and btw, cant really see that well from the photos but how low is the car? does it get over speed bumps comfortably?
  22. buddy, i'm so tempted you cant even believe, if only i had got one more mark in my exam and passed it. i know you are looking for a quick sale, but all i can say is i'll be ready for this in december. i'm totally gutted, as i know you cant wait that long.........
  23. sorry if this is stupid question guys, but am relatively new. just wanted to find out about the fuel with a simple question. i hear that super unleaded is recommended for the 350z but is it absolutely essential. what would happen if filled with normal unleaded? thanks
  24. very good looking car. looks like you found one pretty quick. i was going to agree with the comments at the start about getting the right car to lose less money so that when it comes to trade up to a 370 it will be easier, as i'm also considering the same decision. anyway, have fun with the new motor.
  25. very true mate, life is too short to worry about whats always coming around the corner. definitely hope to get one soon. just saw an awesome deal in the for sale section here. the veilside. just a shame it's come a month too early. slightly short. gutted. anyone else seen the car i'm talking about?
