Go on... no chance, involves food replacement and hard cardio every 2nd day and heavy weights betwen...oh and no drink!

Do you not also have the lass and lads going around on the machines using the the wrong way and loading the weight on??

have slipped for a few months and just started tuesday getting back into the training and the diet... doing a crazy one at the moment and rather not tell on here since I'm going to get so much slagging from other gym people

Fitted was £1,700 viewtopic.php?f=38&t=27436 plus 200£ fitting... as I stated earlier you should have joined sooner! -

Not sure if you got an answer to this - you can set it up as a webcam so recording directly should be easily done. Excellent! Can use them as reversing cameras too!
