think you miss read/understood the original post The day Husky rang the warranty company was the same day CS did, i beleive he only took the work else where once the warranty company had told him his claim was no longer legit. and the reason it was no longer legit was due to the original garages lack of communication. thats my understanding of it and from the written information. but i'm sure all would be clarified thats how I understand it too so far
