  1. And the umpire calls a halt to the PM tennis.
  2. Why does that not surprise me! It may have been due to a backlog of mail sending due to the recent outage. glad everything is back to norm.
  3. Did you send via email or using the "ask the seller a question" button? Ive done both and await a response.....
  4. Think I'll drop the seller a question....
  5. Just thought Id give this a bump. We may still be able to book a club stand if there is enough interest. Also, if you book tickets as part of a club stand they are £10 each. As another point of interest, the D1 GB finals are now being held at Trax.
  6. Arrrrghhhhh - my eyes!!! The performance is quite impressive, but my God - they started with a pig ugly vehicle, and made it worse!
  7. 53 plate uk car (going by the rear bumper) for £7k??? I smell something funny.
  8. Is this happening to more than one? perhaps it is some issue with the php script and the security settings of the browser?
  9. Its not on my works PC, I'll have to try and remember to have a look at home. I used a five pound note to get the scale. It was pretty big I tell thee - even the cats wouldn't go near it. If I cant find the piccy, Im sure there will be another one come inthis winter to tease the cats.
  10. All appears correct - there are no known issues at the moment. Certainly seems like some sort of local error.
  11. Ive had some like that - one was somewhat bigger. My parents house backs on to some woods, and by eck they breed em big in there! Or maybe it was the fact I was smaller. Ill see if I can find the picture of the one we had in the house.
  12. Shouldnt that be "all warm and fizzy inside" ?
  13. Sounds like a fault to me - mine certainly doesnt rattle. I did hear a loud rattle the other day on the way to work, and I spen ages looking round the cabin trying to find out what it was, eventually it turned out to be the small plastic handle on a removeable hard disk that I was taking to work.
  14. In answer to the original question.... Chris doesn't have the answer.... Ill have to look into it.
  15. Due to how longthe door is, 40cm may be a little tight, but Im sure its possible. And as you say, you would be gutted to find it damaged one morning, so the strugle to get out may well be worth it. As Tim says, stick some wide strips of carpet down each side of the garage (get some off cuts from a local carpet place if you dont have any of your own). Best to put it down both sides, as that wil not only protect your drivers door side, but also the other side in case you try to get it too close to the wall on the passenger side.
  16. Just a general reminder for all.. I understand that we are all about sharing info, and some may feel it is a little unethical of pocketgps to now sell a product which has been put together for free by people who felt they were helping others for free, only to find that info now being used to line others pockets, but, we have to ensure that we do not open a big can of legal worms for the site.
  17. LOL - yes that was it! Well actually in all seriousness, we do have something big for you guys, and the 1000 memer milestone seems as good a reason as any to release it - BUT..... I have been a little snowed under with work, so havent had time to finalise it yet - but its coming.... dont worry....
  18. A great big thanks to all the members for making this place what it is! Onto the next milestone I guess!
  19. Apologies for the confusion, I was trying to tidy the badge group buy thread, whilst still trying to leave it making some sort of sense. No offense to anyone who had any posts deleted, they may not necesarily have been the cause of the problem, but were caught up in the crossfire so to speak. Although most off topic posts are left, this particular thread turned into a complete and utter mess - a thread in which a few people were trying to organise a group buy. In fact it got that messy, that funkystyling had to start a whole new one. As a rule we do not delete posts, and if we do, we contact those involved. This thread however turned into a complete joke in my opinion. It most certainly annoyed the people trying to get things organised, caused a major headache for those who have to try and keep things in some sort of order, and became just the sort of topic/thread that would put off new members and alienate existing ones. The people who constantly taketopics waaayy off topic are simply contributing to this alienation of members. We have off topic areas, and a chat facility. These can be used for whatever particular off topic discussion people wish to have of an evening. The odd bit of banter in a thread is acceptable of course, indeed it adds to the fun of the forum, but continuing to post off topic again and again after subtle hints from moderators to stop it, and the continued dragging off topic of thread after thread resulting in people having to start a whole new one is not acceptable. Once again I appologise if this looks heavy handed, but I hope I speak for all the other guys here, when I say I hope that we can see an end to this. Also - just to note, from time to time you will see the total posts figure droping for other reasons. The administrator section (where tests are carried out before releasing to the board etc) and the public "testing" section are emptied every so often.
  20. Here is a pic of the circle earth in place - taken during fitting, hence cables not all going in the right direction
  21. I was lucky enough to get my hands on Kevs HKS Circle Earth kit, I have to say I certainly think it has smoothed the car out in lower revs certainly. With this and the new oil, the car feels an awful lot smother throughout the rev range. The HKS has one lead which goes to a single central point then has five seperate leads going to the various points, with only the top left plenum connection not going directly back to the central connection, that one goes to join the earthing connection toward the bottom left of the plenum. Plus all the ends are gold plated and the nice little HKS circle is too Cant beat a bit of bling.
  22. Surely it would be better of going to an Azure home?
  23. EDIT - I have just tried adding some "brute force and ignorance" code to get this to work. Let me know if there are any issues! Ta, Chris.
