Dont visit those dodgy sites anymore.

I reckon it looks very 4 door aston at the rear, and very ford mondeo at the front.

Both of those tools should give you the option to remove the offending files, you will have to select all and remove them. As above many may be cookies for sites etc. If you can remembr you passwords for all the sites you use then you may wish to consider just removing everything it comes up with. It may cause you some time logging into commonly visited sites or requesting passwords again if you have forgot, but the alternative is a new laptop or format and rebuild this one which puts you right back to square 1. Read the guides on the websotes for spybot and ad-aware and that will tell you how to make sure you remove the files rather than just identify them.
-
Have you used spybot and ad-aware ?
-
I know youve faniced one of these for a while. As above really, factor in the running costs, it is a fair bit older, but it is a porshe 911. After our chats recently, perhaps wait a while longer, enjoy the Z and then in a couple of years or so you may be looking for an even better model.
-
Pretty much what the name would suggest - malicious software masquerading as something you have gladly accepted. They are often the causes of popups etc. Try the ad-aware one. That usually gets rid of the nasty advert related popup stuff, just make sure you tell it to do a full scan.
-
EDIT: - run these first to clean up your system... As well as antivirus - you may want to try the following couple of free tools - they are pretty good at removing some of the non-virus bugs that make it onto your PC. Lavasofts Ad-aware: http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html Spybot search and destroy (version 1.4 on the following link): http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html They will also probably pick up a few cookies that you can decide if you still need.

I dont know if its a repost on this site or not, but certainly been posted on several others if not. Absolute idiotic madness. We will probably all have had a "play" before now, but words cant even describe that. Just imagine the carnage that could have resulted if one of them had just clipped another car that that speed on a four lane motorway with several HGVs in close proximity to other cars. Many people escaped death in that footage I would think.

01298 23364 I dont know if we will have to book in, 9 or 10 turning up will probably be a small number compared with the ramblers that may be about those parts. I havent been to the place, or at least not that I know of, but aerial shots seem to suggest its a pretty sizeable pub.

There are still people who get off their arse and do stuff, make a decent living and then still end up back at square one. Its allowing your lifestyle to change at the same rate as your personal economy that is the key. Allowing the lifestyle to progress at a more rapid rate than the economy is a danger for many. The usual thing is for the to see a short sharp rapid increase, and perceiving that this wil continue - so banking on the economy catching up with the lifestyle in a few months/years. The problems start when for some that doesnt happen. How many young uns do you see leaving school, starting to earn more money than they ever knew what to do with (compared to paper round money for example) and blowing the lot on booze at a weekend. Some see the error of their ways, and some dont - which of course, in their own words, results in them having all the bad luck...

Its a sad state of afairs when this kind of action from kids never really comes as a surprise. A sign of how our society has deteriorated due to the erosion of our values, or more accurately I feel, the inability to stand up for our values by the introduction of mass quantities of do gooder legislation, european conventions, the blatant abuse of human rights acts etc etc... There is just about nothing that can be done to reverse the decline either. As you say - phone the police for a kid smashing a car window, you'll be lucky if you get a visit within the week. Certainly far too late to fingerprint anything if the car is outside. Even if they do catch them, there is no punishment. They may even be able to impress their mate with an ASBO certificate. Which cant be held against them in the future as that would be discrimination, you cant use the only method that these imboseles dragged up by knuckle scraping missing link parents would understand, the good old fist, as that will certainly see you up on a charge. All the while the government would have us beleive everything is rosy, and crime is going down year on year. There are that many sources of statistics you could cobble together the best bits of them all and publicly announce we are living in a utopia if you really wanted. Sadly unless the government take drastic action - and no more of this namby pamby give them an asbo lark, the next generation will lead our society well and truly down the toilet (if it isn't circling the bowl already). There will be those of us that are in the fortunate position of being able to sell up and leave the country, although a better description may be "flee". For the rest, short of the kiss of life to common sense and action almost befiting of the term civil war, I think the scrotums that commited this lunacy above will shortly be firmly in control in our society. Why on earth would Honda have an advert which states "tapping progress on the shoulder and saying, 'more forwards please' ". If this is what progress is about, then can we have a reverse gear - ta.

May as well put them all in this thread keep the whole thing to one place?

Mid october is probably a good suggestion, we did OK with the weather last time as mentioned - and it gives enough space from the other meets. If it proves as popular as usual then we mey need to do some thinking about organisation, having 30+ cars maintain a convoy and know exactly where we are going will take some doing. I would also suggest if we do get those kind of nunbers again, we make it a Z only meet, to avoid the numbers becoming just unmanageable. Should we pick a date sooner rather than later? October is a trackiy one for myself as its Safari time, but Sunday 7th and 28th are good? Is the 7th a little early after the Lakes run? Mrs Chesterfield is looking forward to a days shopping in Chester again

There are a whole host of other meets on, so probably been a while in an effort not to dilute any of those. Also need to sort out the meets section so its easier for people to set up meets in specific regions etc, would be good to get a Wales type meet futher south, and perhaps one for the increasing numbers Scotland/North England way. This thread should be for the regular North Wales run though.

What does everyone think? Is it time for the return of the Wales run? attendees: xStric9x Chesterfield Zzzz...

Its because anyone wanting to clone a car is highly unlikely to want to clone one that exists in their local area, where its easier for the boys in blue to check out the real owner and just pop round for a look see. They would want to clone one that is a good distance away. Which means unless they drive to a place a long distance away and make a note of a plate that they would require, they would simply get one from the net. Also, car forums are a great source of info for this, as not only can they get a number plate, reading peoples posts may even reveal name, and location, which using other sites on the net can give car cloners a lot more info than just a number plate. They could with a bit of research not only gain your car reg, but name, date of birth, address, date you bought the car, and a fair few other trinkets of info that could be useful to put together a credible story and answer many questions that the boys in blue could pose if the car were ever stopped for any reason. Noting a plate in the street does not give any criminals access to all the other info that a car forum could do...

Sounds like a scammer to me. Its bank holiday Sunday/Monday and to put that ammount on a credit card many banks will require a telephone call to confirm security details - not going to happen on a Sunday in my opinion. Beware of him returning with some **** and bull story about the dealer car falling through.
-
It amazes me that they use Autotrader to try and pull off these scams, as it costs a lot more to advertise on Autotrader than Ebay... I spotted one on Ebay the other day for a £14k Aston V8. Found the same car being advertised legit on Autotrader for 75k. Texted the guy on Autotrader to let them know that their car was being used as bait for a scam on ebay. Also advised ebay of the scam.

Some fantastic shots! looks like a great deal of fun!

Its always going to be hard for new events to become established, without people like yourself persevereing many of todays established and well attended events may not even exist. As the years go on, hopefully the attendance will grow and the local businesses will find a way to capitalise on the event and therefore support it rather than hinder it. All the best for the future, and Im sure next year you can expect more from 350z-uk.com to attend, just give us plenty of notice and we can get the event put in the calendar on the site

Will do PS - if you take yours to Coney Green, I advise doing the same and sticking it side on somewhere; the last Z I had (blue roadster) took a nasty ding to the door when I parked it in a standard position.
