  1. Today
  2. Hi Andy, yeah i was thinking this, im 8 years late to the party. Just as much as i love the intake sound of the jwt popcharger, i would like to go back to the standard set up with the velocity stack
  3. Hi Darryl, You might be best asking a breaker if they have a Rev-up air box really. I am sure someone will have 1. As you say it might be a long shot to get 1 of these velocity stack devices.
  4. Hello all, Its a bit of a long shot. But any chance these are still available or even if somewhere sells them? Thanks.
  5. Hello all, Bit of a long shot here, but does anyone know if you can still get the 'flyboy' velocity stack kit? Or if you can buy one online anywhere? Thank you.
  6. Yesterday
  7. I think that I have them, let me have a look for you.
  8. Does anyone have a copy of these files?
  9. Bit of a car update on the build thread. I got accepted to display the car at the outdoor section of Dubshed in April in Northern Ireland. So figured it was time to give the car some love. Wiper Delete mod. Really simple and cheap mod. It's not one I'd considered untill recently. But the more I looked the more I grew to dislike the rear wiper. Just upsets the lines on the car. So off she came. (Its easily restored if I dont like it long term)
  10. Display booked, thinking about track session...
  11. Last week
  12. Good effort Glen. Looking forward to following your progress this season mate.
  13. 2026 Season has started. Cadwell Park was first up yesterday. New Suspension = Better
  14. HXD

    Zouthern Meet

+1 for adding Kemble as an option; great food, lots of parking, good roads around it, and quite a unique setting being an active airfield still.
  15. Cheers bud, will definitely have a good look at both.
  16. I use a CTEK battery conditioner when the car's parked in the garage. Optima red top AGM battery, been fine so far.
  17. 370z is an evolution of the 350z rather than a different car. JMHO 350z is old school, mechanical, raw,...370z is a bit more refined, bit more power, track little wider wheelbase little shorter, so probably a bit sharper, although 99% of road driving you'd struggle to tell a difference. I've seen some stunning builds of both. I'd be happy with either. I'd say focus on a solid, well maintained, rust free, well loved example. I buy a lot from Torqen never had any problems, decent guys; Tarmac Sportz also has a good reputation. I also buy parts online from the US, Japan etc. There is a huge zed sceen in the US. I run an Infinity exhaust, fits well, great tone, not obnoxious.
  18. I have one in stock. Just drop me a PM if you still require one.. Alex
  19. Just use a regular lead acid battery designed for our 350z
  20. Ok good to know, thanks for that! Would there be any reason to go 350z over a 370z, or are they basically the same car? I've found a decent amount on AutoTrader so far of both. Also found the torqen website as well, this a good one that you know of? Probs just buy most of my mods from there, starting with the infinity exhaust. Very new to this so if you have any advice would be greatly appreciated!
  21. That budget gets you either. They are fun, raw, low tech, decent power (can make big power) Totally opposite to your EV. Easy to work on, reliable, parts readily available. Make great project cars. I've noticed the price of decent 350z is slowly starting to rise now. Most comparable probably a Toyota GR86 / Subaru BRZ with a hint of Ford Mustang.
  22. Shocking that was regarding the main dealer service, I much prefer to do what I can on my own car.
  23. Rounding out 2025's updates for the ol girl. Since Japfest Silverstone 25' I've gone back to the 19's and carrying out a few maintenance tasks along the way. Late summer MOT had an advisory for the track rod ends, last pair only lasted 24 months so opted for an upgrade from gktech. Coilovers Life...... Alot better design of the gaiter Then on for wheel alignment Noise from the rear tackled recently. A pair of Hayaku wheel bearings and assembly from Tarmacsports. PBS track pads went back in as thought initially the noise from the rear might have been them. Turned out Donington was a bit to hard on the aged bearing on the passenger side rear. Annual service was due also ahead of Japfest Silverstone next month. Nismo filter off, new Nismo filter on. Gave her a wipe down whilst the ally under tray was off also, not looking too bad under there for very nearly 100,000 miles.
  24. Thanks mate. I have no idea why I am doing what I am doing to be honest, pushing all the buttons to make sure this car lasts
  25. You have been busy with your zed, looks much better
  26. Not really set on budget yet, probably £8-15k depending on what makes the most sense? Would stretch for the right car though I guess. We’ve just started looking so thought I’d ask people who’ve owned them if they’re still worth it today. Just want something we can work on together.
  27. I can cut holes for you if you like. I must warn though, I have zero experience
  28. Decided to do some more before the track. Bought following: Motul multi ATF - 10 litres Transmission screen and gasket Nissan differential fluid - 2 litres Motul RBF 660 brake fluid - 3 litres Nissan green coolant - 10 litres K&N Long-life Air Filter EBC Yellowstuff brake pads Also.... drumroll.... NEW HEADLIGHT LENSES! I will do all these in two weeks time. In the meantime, please let me know if you think I am missing something It is just 20 minutes novice track session but whatever
