PS5 or Conti 7. Really won’t go wrong with either, PS5 will last a lot longer though if that matters, C7 better performer though. I ran the PS5 for two years on one set of tyres, performed wonderfully in all weathers with plenty of feel and more than enough grip to have fun. Maybe a bit too much if you enjoy slidey fun tbh!
  3. £250 inc Royal Mail Tracked 24hr postage. (or can collect from Pontefract, West Yorkshire) Fitted to my car for the last 2 years, does not lend itself to a race application in my view (which is 90% of my use) but feels awesome on the road. Very precise and mechanical gear change. 40% shorter throw than oem and relatively straightforward to install. very good condition as per pictures. does not come with anything else other than the shifter unit itself. I think you re-use existing bolts. Plenty of you-tube videos showing installs.
  4. Hi everyone, I'm looking to buy a rear quarter panel for my 350Z Coupe. I need either a brand new OEM part or a clean quarter cut from a donor car / dismantler. Does anyone know of any reliable online stores that still stock new body panels, or any good Z-specific breakers/part outs that ship within Europe? Thanks in advance for any leads!
  5. Hi and welcome along. Good luck with your selling situation.

Hi and welcome along. You wont go wrong with Michelin tyres really. They are great in wet and dry conditions, as above they do tend to last a long time as well. The issue I found with the Continental was they didn't last long at all.

  8. Any chance you wanna do a single turbo kit for the 370z? 😅
  9. Andy, Email received and replied to. Alex.
  10. Hi all. Just back from a road trip and had a misfire. Error code was P0300 random / multiple cylinder misfire. Pulled the coil packs and did resistance check. All were 1.6 except one at 1.48. Noticed lots of oil in the plug tubes and 5 out of the 6 cylinders. What would cause the oil leak, is it a cam cover gasket issue and would you think that the oil could cause a shorting out and give a misfire. Any advise appreciated before I lose my mind! Thanks Andy
  11. Apologies if this is the wrong section, have 350z GT4 on oem clutch/dual mass flywheel. It's daily not tracked. Clutch is on It's way out and was looking at the jwt kit. Anyone running this setup and is the chatter bearable? Bit of a minefield with the likes of z1, xtreme, tarmacsportz kit, and jwt, trying to find the most acceptable trade off from oem. Do want a bit more punch, which is why I don't want to put another dual mass put in. I know this subject has been done to death, so Apologies. Any feedback would be appreciated.
  12. Mine does that if the roof is cold, works perfectly if the sun has been on it., I think the roof material doesn't fold well if its not pliable enough. I've had mine 10 years and have always just leant over and lightly pressed on the lid as required and its not caused any issues in all that time. I try not to operate the roof until either the sun or the heater have softened it up.

My last couple sets have been Pilot Sport 5's and they're great dry and wet. Also last ages. Can get them at a decent price on blackcircles or costco if you've a membership. The 4S is also great but doesn't have the same lifespan, probably better by a few % better if you want max grip but I struggle to find them for OEM 18" size wheels.
  14. Hi Forum Members Full disclosure: I've joined this forum because I'm trying to help out a family member by selling their 350Z roadster for them. However I am mindful of the forum rules and keen not to annoy anyone. I'd like to find a new home for it more quickly than 6 months though! Cheers

thanks the conti seems to appear frequently in reviews as a great tyre- and i think cheaper than the cross climates ?
  16. Might be a tad late to the party but here is My clip of my roof operating up until that last part where the compartment shuts the roof in and it leaves a little gap, not shutting completely. The manual workaround is that I’ve been pushing the compartment lid down that rest of the way and I just cannot figure out what it could be

  19. I have preowned fully working VQ35DE and VQ35DE RevUp air compressors and new belts in stock. Just drop me a PM or DM if I can help further. Alex
  20. Hi all , would anyone know the part and type number for the compressor on my 2005 GT4 plz ? It apparently has the VQ35DE Throttle Up engine installation and searching for a compressor argues it's not the standard one . Wasted over an hour trying to make sense of aircon sites online . Even looked at refurb companies and that was just as pointless ! Mine is probably on it's last legs , if I start the car after some days the belt / bearings screech like a pig and the aircon smells strange inside in hot weather , like an old paraffin stove . Anyone's knowledge welcome
  21. Well the car got serviced, got new cam sensors fitted and got a clean bill of health from the mechanic. Apparently all she needs is a tiny bit of rust cleaning up on the front subframe and it should have no problem going through it's mot. For a 22 year old car I'm more happy with that.
  22. Brilliant result, nice one chap
  23. Nice pal, tell the garage not to worry if the new sensors don't resemble the old, Nissan updated the part which superseded the old all plastic design.
  24. PB champion fella, looking real dialled in too
  25. Sold within 2 days on FB marketplace, full asking and very much to the right new owner - cheers all
  26. Preowned OEM front bumpers are in stock for both facelift and pre-facelift. Collection from PH2 6EZ.
  27. Three Sisters Circuit near Wigan another PB
  28. They said they think my bumper has been resprayed quite a few times which apparently means the paint becomes weak and starts flaking again. I think you’re right, I’ll try some more paint shops, I think that one before was pulling my leg.
