An incredibly reluctant sale but a must if Im to repair my can for work.

 

For sale my recently purchased Torquen Big Brake kit.

While kit is still unused brand new and still in all the packaging it came in.

dont you have by law 14 days from day of arrival to ship them back for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014,

Some of these suggestions are just plain daft! How can you return goods that are made to order? Surely you don't expect that not the op. :stir:?

Care to show me where you read that? Or is it armchair law you are spouting?

 

Anyway to clarify:

 

-Irrespective if the item was made to orer or off the shelf the seller has no legal obligation to accept the goods unless if it were defective.

 

-The seller could accept the return of goods at his discretion a offer a full or part refund in cash, voucher or similar so as not to be left out of pocket and at the same time giving the buyer other options.

 

Now let's not clutter up Ruddles FS thread unless you want to buy this.

Silly point, but could you not return it under the DSR for a refund at all?

That's all well and good but if I were buying something second hand, granted these have never been fitted, I would still want to see the whole kit.
