Anyway to clarify: -Irrespective if the item was made to orer or off the shelf the seller has no legal obligation to accept the goods unless if it were defective. -The seller could accept the return of goods at his discretion a offer a full or part refund in cash, voucher or similar so as not to be left out of pocket and at the same time giving the buyer other options.
