-Bradders- Posted November 19, 2014 Author Posted November 19, 2014 Looks decent mate, very clean looking! I am toying with getting tein springs too, what are they like? Feels so much sturdier if you know what i mean, the back end seems a bit jumpier in the wet but its all fun haha, deffo feels a better ride too, but i also added spacers which made a difference too! Daveyboy11 Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Sounds good! I already have the spacers, just need to get rid of that arch gap! I want to go for a 30mm drop but I wouldn't even get off my driveway 1 Quote

-Bradders- Posted February 5, 2015 Author Posted February 5, 2015 (edited) Ok everything stopped for a while lol. started losing heart in things as i always do! anyway she's still going strong, so i thought i'd ditch the cassette to aux and treat her to a double din. oh and whilst i was there i modded the cubby to fit a samsung tab 4! has full power and is easily removed for now.. im only half way through, i'm struggling with the fitment of the HU, and in design of a surround for the tab! Center console will be getting sprayed/wrapped soon too! and i still have the idea to wrap it white at some point!! Edited February 5, 2015 by -Bradders- Quote

-Bradders- Posted March 20, 2015 Author Posted March 20, 2015 Managed to get round to finishing it, just before ace lol no time to clean the car now though! hence why im going to be parking outside! Made my own surround, needs tidying a but im happy at the moment! one thing i done was rushed putting it back together and broke the tab charger that i built in so that needs to be replaced! 1 Quote
pjf1985 Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 Looks good Brad! How did you make the surround? 1 Quote
-Bradders- Posted March 20, 2015 Author Posted March 20, 2015 Alot of cut outs, cardboard make shifts, then used crafting foam for what you see there, like £8 for 5 a4 sheets from staples. but still think long run i will use acrylic or something a bit tougher! 1 Quote

blaqkaudio Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 Just read through this thread, looks brilliant mate! How did you go about painting your calipers with the prep beforehand? 1 Quote

-Bradders- Posted March 26, 2015 Author Posted March 26, 2015 (edited) Ok so its spring.... that means its time to get shineyzzz! So i've never clayed a car before, heard about these halfords mitts. WOW. what a result lol. I'll let the pics do the talking but the order went like this: Cherry Snow Foam Rinse Shampoo Rinse Clay Mitt With G3 Detailing lube so immature i laugh everytime! Buff off and dry. No time for wax or polish! not bad for a car with 127k on the clock!! Overall Well impressed!! Edited March 26, 2015 by -Bradders- 3 Quote
