Can anyone recommend a product for cleaning interior plastics that doesn't leave a greasy residue, looks like the plastics have been polished e.g. the wet look. I'm looking for something that leaves interior plastics looking clean, like new and most of all natural. I saw a product on the market a while ago and can't remember for the life of me just what it was called? I'm not looking to remove any scuffs or scratches as the plastics are in really good condition, just looking for a plastics cleaner. Any recommendations appreciated. Thanks In advance.

2nd thread in a week!

For me it's Poorboys trim restorer if it's in need of a revitalise and Mer interior cleaner for general use.

I actually didn't say poorboyd natural but now you mention it that's really good stuff too.......comparable to the Met but it's a creme rather than liquid.

The trim restorer is awesome for tired looking plastics (ie don't do the whole interior with it)

Another vote for Poorboys, I've used loads of different cleaners/dressings and never found one that cleans well and doesn't leave a horrible oily smeary mess behind. It also adds UV protection and stops the dash attracting dust. It's also quite a universal product, I use it to dress the engine bay too.

Autoglym Interior Shampoo is my personal favourite, does not leave any residue, but also does not smell the best :( when used with soft cleaning brush and microfiber, always pleased with the results, even on a heavy stained interior of an old Ford :D

Poorboys all the way. Apply it with a sponge works best due to the finish of the plastics..

Mequiars has a specific internal detailer that is made to do what you want, it leaves a non stick natural look so as not to leave that wet through look. Heres a link,
