This - wont disarm this i right in thinking this is the immobilizer? anyway when i hold it up to the bit you hold it up to it wont stop flashing like it usually does :rant: :rant: :rant: no electrical work done recently, cant think of anything that would cause this any help greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GMballistic Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 It is the immobilizer unit correct. Guessing you have an import 350Z then?! Could try cleaning the contacts with something to see if that helps maybe. Quote

Desey Posted April 3, 2014 Author Posted April 3, 2014 yes only one... it wasnt intermitent or anything, i drove into town earlier in the day and it was fine then came to drive it about 2 hours later and it just didnt work Quote
jumping350 Posted April 3, 2014 Posted April 3, 2014 As suggested clean contacts but apparently over time the contacts just wear so after a while even cleaning doesn't work, look into getting another it's better to have spare I would of been stuck if I didn't have one Quote

Look on eBay for spares though incase you lose one, not alot of money and can be programmed yourself easily. Quote
