Highly modified insurance

It's come to that time of year again.

(who in their right mind organises insurance to coincide with christmas!)

 

I've got me renewal through and it's gone up by about £100.

 

Who else do I phone for quotes, I'm running a supercharger with supporting mods.

 

Currently with greenlight.

I asked Prestige on here about supercharging when I joined them, they estimated quiting about £1 per BHP for me, so an extra £160 -£180 ish I guess for 313ps to 480bhp. They also didn't up my premium at all when I added coilovers etc as they consider it safer rather than riskier (e.g: more power).

I am with Adrian flux with a similar set up and pay around £500 if that helps.

I do say the only good thing about getting older is car insurance goes down!!😆😆

Flux may be worth a try this time then, if I remember they wanted about 800 last year and I don't think I can be considered as young anymore
