At first glance I thought that too, but this one looks like it curves up in the middle which the Mibes doesn't.

As already stated, the front bumper is standard, albeit with the numberplate patrice removed and the holes filled and smoothed

Looks like a custom lip on a facelift OEM bumper.

The lip looks inspired by the Nismo V3 front bumper I'd say.
