post-uprev mods

Hi guys, if i've had an uprev / dyno optimisation can i make further mods such as add a plenum and airboxes as i please or will they need more dyno time and ECU re-flashing to optimise?

Anything you add will need to be mapped. So most people will add 2 or more mods to save having a multitude of cost mapping the car again.

Always do all engine/breathing related mods before any kind of ECU alterations. Bit late now, but worth bearing in mind for the future

Your Uprev licence is valid for up to 3 remaps I believe, so if you change filter and exhaust, get it mapped for £400, then decide to fit a Wasso spacer, it'll only cost about £100 to get it remapped again.

 

The licence is the expensive part of this, it's about £250.

No idea, it's just something that has stuck in my head for a while ago.

Think its more than £100 for each remap as well more like £250 so ive seen

yes I'd imagine dyno time costs more than that. So not really a cheap exercise to repeat...

if you buy a Osiris cable where we tune by logs , your get 3 e tunes within the price , this means we will carry out 3 teaks to your map to get the tune spot on.

 

If you have a tune on a dyno any extra tuning will need to be paid for.

Roughly how much would a tweak cost if the uprev was already performed and someone changed something a few months later and wanted it dialed in?
