Too many times people expect perfect, yet with cuts to payroll and their demand for low cost products, it just can't be done. So it just ends up screwing over the staff. I don't like people like her.

To be fair to her, she doesn't write demanding anything in particular, it's down to the company themselves to decide if they want to make any sort of contribution to make amends, and I bet she's got loads of replies just saying sorry and nothing else.

 

If I'm buying a 10p loaf of bread, I don't mind if it's a bit crap. If I'm paying £1 for a loaf, I expect it to be significantly better and if it's not, I'll complain. Same thing with her, by the looks of things. I also note that she mentions using humour as a way to get what you want, which is something I've mentioned time and time again on here. Get the person on your side and they'll help you: Act like a brat and they won't.
