marzman Posted May 19, 2013 Share Posted May 19, 2013 Picked up my cooling panel from Chris at Japfest and finally fitted it this weekend. Got to say i'm very happy with it - it's a great bit of kit. I needed to adjust the bonnet latch as per Chris' guide, but other than that it was a very easy fit. Also fitted my Rare JDM engine cover too before Japfest... although - is it supposed to have an extra piece which covers the front of the engine slightly? Payco Posted May 21, 2013 Share Posted May 21, 2013 Hi The rare jdm cover doesnt come with anything extra to cover the front of the engine. You have everything in place. ARC did a timing cover but they are rare as rocking horse p*o to find. Attached is a photo of mine to reasure you that you have fitted it correctly and all is there. Very nice bit of kit, just need to clean and add a few more bits to my engine bay now. Oh and replace the clips I broke when fitting the panel, oops. Thanks Chris!
