hey val - i was wondering what kind of paint you used for the parts in your engine bay ?

did you have to use special heat resistant stuff ??

 

looks cool and was want to do the same on mine

the only part I was worried about was the engine cover, but the rest of the plastics won't get hot and I just used standard cans mate.

 

I got the engine cover done by a bodyshop although in hindsight I think it would be ok with std paint too.

Do you think hammerite would be ok? I may be bored this weekend ;)

i sooooooo need some wheels - but i need to be patiant

 

i need to save up spending money for my hols then i can start saving for my wheels....i did try and tell her that i could order them just now and they will be here by the time i have the money.....still working on that plan !
