Removed Posted April 1, 2007 Posted April 1, 2007 think it came out quite nice in the end. Apart from the powdercoating of the plenum and strut bar, again I did all the work myself Quote

Removed Posted April 1, 2007 Author Posted April 1, 2007 it's silver Kev, like the other plastics. Left some CF showing as you can see. the Gumball sticker is just a remnant of HIN London 2005 where I used it to cover my numberplate Quote

P15UL T Posted May 10, 2007 Posted May 10, 2007 hey val - i was wondering what kind of paint you used for the parts in your engine bay ? did you have to use special heat resistant stuff ?? looks cool and was want to do the same on mine cheers Paul Quote
Removed Posted May 10, 2007 Author Posted May 10, 2007 the only part I was worried about was the engine cover, but the rest of the plastics won't get hot and I just used standard cans mate. I got the engine cover done by a bodyshop although in hindsight I think it would be ok with std paint too. Quote
P15UL T Posted May 11, 2007 Posted May 11, 2007 fanks very much - a trip back to the body shop is on the cards Quote
