I passed a fully laden 1992 Renault Clio, all teens, they then spent the rest of the day pulling off really stupid moves to get past me so they could all laugh and give me the middle finger, they made an artic truck pull onto the verge as they overtook a series of cars with clearly no room....

A law should be passed that makes it legal to puncture the bad parking offenders tyres.

That way they cannot hide their bad parking by escaping the scene.

Any roadside assistance that arrives on the scene has to point and laugh and then drive away.
