Number plate holders

Evening all

 

The front number plate holder on the Zeds are horrid imo, I've seen some uk plate size nismo/Nissan ones just like I had on the BMW (not Nissan obviously) was wondering if anyone knew of any others out there that they recommend?

 

I will get it all smoothed off when the bumper gets resprayed but for now want to change the holder

 

Any suggestions guys

You could get a retractable one

I've seen them but at around 150 it's quite alot for something that will be temporary and be better spent on a plenum spacer

Just remove the plate holder and stick the plate back on

I tested mine upto "high" speed when it was stuck on & it didn't budge. If your getting the front smoothed, just stick it in the front window with a bit of tape on the back - If you get stopped just tell them it fell off earlier today

Will nick some pads from work and give it a go. Waiting for my privat plate to be transferred so will see what it looks like tomorrow

That looks to work well! May have to look for one of those - i'm using the bracket removeed, plate stuck method at the moment and the plate seems to want to flex back to being straight at the moment :-/

I CF wrapped mine, there is a pic on the forum some where. Looks much better yet still subtle whilst doing away with the cheap black plastic look
