How long should a clutch last?

We're back on the case of looking for a 350. Question as the subject - I know it depends but a guideline would be useful please.

You'll never pin it down. Some do less than 50.....others are over 100k

Between 0.1k and 200k miles

 

As Ricey said, spend all your life driving with you foot resting on the clutch it might not last that long etc.

Clutch on my old zed was replaced at 29k and 4 years old, but know of them lasting a lot lot longer than that

Mine is at 60k and still working fine. Just your luck/driving style as said above.

It usually starts slipping

Mine was on 86k when i sold it and still on the original clutch and felt fine. There a good few stories of people getting over 100k out of them but other needing a new clutch after on 30k.

 

Very difficult to predict so if it feels fine i wouldn't worry about, unless its been replaced recently whatever the mileage you carry the risk.

My original clutch is on 64k,iv not had any slipping yet,but pedal is very heavy.
