I have ipod but with itrip not brilliant sound so also have cd's:

 

Snoop Dogg - blue carpet treatment

Jamie Fox - Unpredictable

Kanye West - Late Registration and College Dropout

Mary J Blige - the breakthrough

and a mix of music from my earlier years - siouxsie and banshess, bauhaus, killing joke, sisters of mercy, B52's, echo and the bunnymen, Blondie

Hey, I remember Magazine! Weren't they made up of members of a couple of other punk/new wave bands?

Hey, I remember Magazine! Weren't they made up of members of a couple of other punk/new wave bands?

 

Buzzcocks split and reformed with Pete Shelley on lead vocals when Howard Devoto left to form Magazine. The keyboard player was with Visage and Ultravox briefly I think Digsy.

Wasn't there also a guy called John McGeoch (or something like that) who went on to play with the Banshees and have a nervous breakdown? IIRC they then had to draft in Robert Smith from The Cure.

John McGeoch was an awesome guitarist, I think he's dead now but you're right Digsy he did play with the Banshees.

6. Back Street Boys or something (Slot no.6 has always been commandeered by the wife!)
