Very funny in places, of course the usual staging of disasters but thoroughly enjoyable

Yeah not bad - but is it me or are they getting more and more agitated with each other with each special? To the point they just argue incessantly?

I did watch it, you can see a lot of it coming though. Still that said, easily one of the better things on TV this Christmas period. I did find the results of their car fettling pretty funny though!

However I ended up switching it off after a while as I got fed up of everything being so obviously scripted and its just more of the same in terms of gags, I like to keep the lame gags to Christmas crackers.

Must say i rather enjoyed it. I work in India for half of the year and it was a good to see i'm not the only one scared to death of driving at night over there!

I didn't think it was as good as some of the other specials they've done and I think 90 minutes was a bit long too, would probably have benefited from just being an hour.

 

Driving over there certainly seems interesting though!

What I don't get is why the Top Gear team, who I had assumed were car enthusiasts, destroyed three very nice cars (two of which were quite rare and top notch specimens) just for a cheap laugh
