I just kick it up when I'm online to get some people in there for some bantering all good fun most times. not very well advertised so guess most people don't really know it's there. It allows you to have a more 'real-time' conversation with a member when discussing or sorting something out, resulting in a quicker resolution rather than having to keep refreshing the page awaiting a post or a PM to arrive...
