i am looking into an alternative route to the 66 for more funsies. not sure it will be worth the effort though

Its deff not worth the effort on a Friday.

I'll look at it later on when I get a chance, but I suggest we aim to get across and meet up with Jay and George for lunch.

I'll ypdate the NE thread, and make sure Woody knows.

Lakeside Railways do a ticket where you can take a a single cruise from Bowness down to Lakeside pier, ride one way on the railway and visit the Lakeland Motor Museum - adult ticket in group of 20 is £13.

Anyone up for ths on the Saturday?

Although first maybe Martin can advise on what the parking is like at Bowness?
