ug45cwb Posted May 11, 2011 Posted May 11, 2011 Currently in the process of getting my car in tiptop condition to enjoy over the summer. Getting the wheels refurbed as they have some light kerbing and corrosion. Probably going to keep the factory finish (silver face polished lip) and install some of the alloy gators to stop future kerbing, unless someone can think of a better finish? This is the standard finish: Quote
Neilp Posted May 11, 2011 Posted May 11, 2011 Black with polished lip +1 or a very dark grey metallic Quote

ug45cwb Posted May 15, 2011 Author Posted May 15, 2011 Shall I get the handles done too? Couldn't get the colour quite the same as the wheels but obviously it would be if I have them done. Getting the Z badges done too. Also, anyone had wheels wet painted? Interested to know the durability vs powdercoating. Quote
DP7657 Posted May 15, 2011 Posted May 15, 2011 Black handles I think, not the same as the wheel colour Quote
ug45cwb Posted May 15, 2011 Author Posted May 15, 2011 I think this looks good. Don't really like black handles on black zed personally, loses some of its identity Quote
