Does anyone know how much abbey charge for plenum spacer as up there tomorrow and want to see if I can get one fitted at the same time if they have it in stock. An off course for them to fit it as well

I think they are £180 ish.... I got mine from Sarah and Scott said they could have got it slightly cheaper... but not much

 

I got them to fit mine, can't remember how much it was as I got a few things done all at once...

 

I know you can fit them yourself but not me

Not really a crazy idea if I'm up that way and try have one in stock and time to fit it might as well get it done. Otherwise once I do the uprev tomorrow will go bcd up for a tune

Sure they charge £180 for spacer and 1 hours labour mate.

From memory I think it was £150 ish to fit it.... Don't quote me on that though!

not trying to steal buisness but its an easy fit, theres a guide n you tube. Only basic tools required!

Gaz, what year is your car?

 

If it's 06+ I'd go for the lower plenum as well, it's a great addition to the spacer and the figures speak for themselves.

Have had the plenum fitted as well sat in the office still at the minute can't wait to get out on the road now for the drive home

Had the uprev done and the plenum spacer and all I can say is wow what a difference. I'm in love with the car even more now. Anyone thinking about getting it done don't think just do it. I got a gain of 14 hp I'm now at 250hp but drives and feels like a totally new car. With the clutch getting done a few days ago as well I'm a very skint but happy bloke

Yeah no worries mate took the day off so I could get it done uprev and plenum spacer cost £693 excellent price I know you can do the plenum by yourself but left it in the hands of the expert and when Mark said they had one in stock I couldn't resist
