I started looking at an Astra 150hp coupe diesel, then a BMW coupe diesel, both I think would give good MPG, and reasonably quick, but in the medium term, I think I would want to change them. I had a 3 door Cosworth Sierra, brilliant, but I wouldn't want to use it every day. At the moment I commute 40 miles each way to work. My wife has a Lacetti hatchback; the space in there is good. One thing that I've noticed is the space in the back, with the strut brace. I wonder also about MPG? These are my first thoughts...what does anyone think? Quote
