gazhull......will meet sometime...however just spent £550 getting my SportKa fixed, so the chance of getting a Z is pretty remote at the moment. Plus the fact it would not be very popular with the other half!!

I spotted 2 in Poole as well..on my way to get my car fixed.. A silver 54 plate on the Upton bypass heading east, and a sunset cabrio 54 plate with nice wheels turning towards Wallisdown..

I've just had to replace the alternator on my SportKa, awaiting bill ad likely to close to £500 or more...so the likelyhood of a Z at the moment is looking a bit glum...

Spotted a Sunset Z by PC World/Comet, Poole about 1.30pm last Sunday. Had a personalised 51 reg.

Interesting virtually no mention of silver....

What in your opinion is the best/favourite colour for the car?

Another thought is that the car looks so good from just about every angle, and for the money and its age, not alot else can touch it for speed..

PS I meant to say that I want, but doon't need, something quicker that I won't wasnt to change in the forseeable future..

Hi I have a SportKa, a great little motor and handles brilliantly, but a little under powered. I started looking at an Astra 150hp coupe diesel, then a BMW coupe diesel, both I think would give good MPG, and reasonably quick, but in the medium term, I think I would want to change them. I had a 3 door Cosworth Sierra, brilliant, but I wouldn't want to use it every day. At the moment I commute 40 miles each way to work. My wife has a Lacetti hatchback; the space in there is good. One thing that I've noticed is the space in the back, with the strut brace. I wonder also about MPG? These are my first thoughts...what does anyone think?

Thanks everyone very much for your kind replies...I think its probably unlikely this side of Christmas, but into the new year will be a different story....any personal experiences of the car would be more than welcome.
