I suspect this may be because the addressee doesnt notice they have them in their inbox on the new forum. I think it'll just take time for people to get used to checking the top right of the screen every time they log on to check for messages if they haven't got the pop-up enabled. If they do, then no new PM's are delivered until there is room, they should be informed of this upon notification that they have a PM. You're just special PM's have been ok for me, and Ive sent a fair few since forum went live. So for those that are experiencing problems, check the number of messages in the inbox. If its larger than 300 it may explain new ones not being delivered.
