davey_83 Posted March 28, 2023 Posted March 28, 2023 (edited) Very exciting news regarding the latest offering from Michelin the eagerly awaited Pilot Sport S 5 Edited March 28, 2023 by davey_83 3 Quote
Andy_Muxlow Posted March 28, 2023 Posted March 28, 2023 Bet these will cost the earth though...😆 1 Quote
davey_83 Posted March 28, 2023 Author Posted March 28, 2023 I don't think Michelin feel cars on 17's these days go fast enough to warrant anything above the PS4 😄 1 Quote

Not yet then....timed exclusive for Supercars. Then maybe £1000+ for a set of 4 on the Z. It will probably cost £290 per Tyre before any discounts Quote

davey_83 Posted March 29, 2023 Author Posted March 29, 2023 Only available in 21' currently however if these become the OE fit tyres for the M2 (highly likely) a BMW dealer will have them of the shelf to replenish unrepairable punctures ahead of the time expected for wear. Bonus, it's just my size. https://www.michelin.co.uk/auto/tyres/michelin-pilot-sport-s-5#sizes Quote

We don’t need UHP tyres for regular road and track work, they’re reserved for parking up Fezzas in climate controlled warehouses to appreciate for 10 years 2 Quote

GranTurismoEra Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 who said anything about the tyres touching the ground?! Its either suspended or got tyre guides so you dont get flat spots on the rubber Quote
davey_83 Posted August 6, 2024 Author Posted August 6, 2024 Still not seen the S5 in the flesh however here's some Cup 2 action Quote
