GranTurismoEra Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Think it sold yesterday all the ads are gone. Massively overpriced. Quote

Had 4 Zeds. Would have loved one 2-3 years ago but they were 50k plus then. That engine can be bought and swapped in a 370z. Never say never. I do like the Nismo and the kit can be bought along with the seats. For what the Nismo costs (60,000+) many cars are available. Even supercars. Id love to drive one when i go Japan next year hopefully. Can rent it and do the Hakone tour. Making me want to go within the next few months 😂. But itll be getting hot now....Can also rent the NSX cost a bit more though. Apparently it makes sense to transit via China which may start offering 10 days Visa free transit for shopping due to Tarriffs hmm. https://fun2drive-japan.com/car-tours/st4/ Personally, I'd just rent it yourself and drive it rather than going on an organised tour, there's a couple of companies - this is the one I used, had the GR Yaris RZ Performance (JP only trim) on Bilstein's from them and they were great. Went over the mileage by a considerable amount as we took it up Mount Fuji (in the snow lol) and they didn't even care. https://www.carrental-tokyo.jp/en/car/ Not a huge range of cars but got a 34 GTR, a couple of 35's and a few other bits. These guys are a lot bigger but I remember at the time had a minimum age of 23 or 25 and I think I was 22. https://www.omoren.com/en/ Definitely recommend it though, Tokyo is so packed that it's nice to get in a decent car and go for a drive, especially around the Mt Fuji area. I feel like the tour would take away from the experience where you'd basically be getting told what to do for hours on end and following a big group of people. 2 Quote

Adrian@TORQEN Posted June 9 Author Posted June 9 I doubt this will sell very soon. You can get so much more of a car for the same amount, lots of nice BMW available in that budget range and you can throw £10k-£15k at it to make it 800-1000bhp... Quote

GranTurismoEra Posted June 11 Posted June 11 He should get real and put the price at 40k cut his losses. Its not 2022 anymore the hypes kind of died.... People do want it but not at 50k. You can probably squeeze a nice M4 comp xdrive, M2, M3 all G series, Audi TTRS, RS5, 2021 RS3, Porsche Cayman 981 GT4 and much more for 50k. As you said C63, AMG GTS 2015/2016. 718 GTS 4.0 if youre lucky. For the price of that Z. Cars are cheap in UK compared to elsewhere tbh. I mean a Quadrifoglio at 30k, even some nice Aston martins with a warranty at 50k. People in Malaysia and Singapore pay 2-3 times the price. We are lucky somewhat... 1 Quote

GranTurismoEra Posted June 17 Posted June 17 https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/2023-nissan-fairlady-z-version-st Coming soon. Some bought the previous blue Z for 51k. Suprised this hasnt sold yet Quote
GranTurismoEra Posted June 20 Posted June 20 Either way very steep for a 2 year old Z....Could be a Touring or Sport going by the seats. Smart to stay out of Z gate for now 😉. Although a Nismo looks cool. They're being heavily discounted in US apparently. Dealers struggling to sell. A nismo could be had door to door for 55-60k? The nismo are in the 40s and 50sm when theyre in the high 30s then 48k would get a nismo....Best waiting and getting a Nismo later for the same money. Quote
GranTurismoEra Posted June 27 Posted June 27 lol still unsold, Guy needs to get real 2023 Nissan Fairlady Z Version ST for sale by auction in Birmingham, United Kingdom Quote
GranTurismoEra Posted July 1 Posted July 1 (edited) Ok now hes cutting his losses. From 55k...theres literally no profit margin but i think he wants rid now. Thats a more reasonable price. GranTurismoEra Posted July 4 Posted July 4 (edited) Nice but with ULEZ coming to any city in Britannia its a 40 year wait to drive in the city. 2035 for a 1995 Supra. Anywho I saw a Nismo at £39k. Give that 18 months and it might be worth a look. Door to door for what these importers want for a Touring or Sport Touring import now (46k). I dont think theyll hold value. New and Near New Nismos are being discounted from 50k. Edited July 4 by GranTurismoEra Quote
