To give it its full title, it's 'ORACAL 970RA Premium Shift Effect Gloss 990 Aubergine Bronze" Catchy huh? You can't see the TellyTubby due to the tint....

 

Wow....wouldn't have believed it was a wrap. Does this mean a different mascot will be appearing in future photos to match the new colour scheme?

Nah, Tango Man will still be appearing as the bay is still orange (If he ever makes it back from France - He's been kidnapped by a few forum members and currently on a road trip/holiday).

Before. Seems such a long time ago now.

 

 

Stripped down. Ready for the transformation.

 

 

As the whole world seemed to have convinced themselves it was gonna be orange (understandable), we thought we'd throw a little oil on the fire. This was the pic that many of you saw on Bookface. Jack and I called this colour 'Red Herring'.

I've never really got the 'beading' thing that we seem to see a lot of pictures of car roofs and bonnets when we get a little rain, but I do now! I just had to take a couple of my own pics

 

The wrap was covered by CQuartz ceramic coating and these are the results
