How to delete "content I follow"

Is there a way to delete certain threads that I have followed in the past but no longer wish to?

I may be mistaken here but I think he means if he commented on a post u get a 'my content' keep coming up which can be annoying. How do you delete it in ur content?

Iv thought this many a times too.
